E-Learning Partners Incorporated, a non-profit paid training program. Our mission is to eliminate outsourcing jobs from the United States to overseas by strategic planning and collaboration with local business corporations and providing basic training to individuals living under poverty level. Through local business partnerships we will create employment opportunities for the unemployed, under served, economically disadvantage, and the ex-offender.
We are rebuilding and transforming individuals lives with updated job readiness skills.
Our professional staff will provide quality training services in basic computer knowledge, telephone etiquette, resume writing, mock interviews, dress for success, and encourage new business start-up ventures for those that may be interested in becoming new entrepreneurs.
Vision
E-Learning Partners Incorporated NFP ultimate goal is for business corporations in the U.S.A. to eliminate outsourcing American jobs overseas by connecting businesses, and trained employees together then we will develop business partnerships, and create employment opportunities for persons living in at-risk, underserved communities.
Together we can provide encouragement, motivation, and support for individuals into leading productive lives within their families, and communities. Let's give hope to those that dreams have been shattered.
We are transforming lives with providing paid training tools for individuals living in under served, at-risk communities.
We will provide basic understanding in the areas listed below.
•All trainees will begin with an application form that should be filled out before any training can begin.
•Basic computer functions; understanding in MS-word/excel setting up an email account, save and retrieve documents.
•Telephone etiquette; How to properly open and close an telephone call, show enthusiasm throughout the call, how to politely handle an upset customer, and end the conversation properly.
•Resume writing; we will help you to update or create your resume. How to make your resume stand out for a possible interview.
•Mock interviewing; How to prepare for an interview. The do's and dont's for interviewing.
•Dress for success; Your first impressions are very important. So dress yourself with, a great attitude, self confidence, and integrity.
•New entrepreneurs; are you interested in starting your own business? Let us know. We will be delighted to provide basic information to get you started.

Greetings, my name is Donna M. Evans…
My Faith is my foundation, I am unique and creative the founder and President of E-Learning Partners Incorporated. A new Non-Profit business organization poised for growth and expansion. I am a professional with over twenty years working for Corporate America when it comes to customer service, customer support, customer care, call center, telecommunications, and office administration positions. I believe having a great attitude, knowledge, experience, communication, empathy, integrity, and commitment are some of the key components in being successful in any position. Whether you are a trainee, a business in search for employees or a staff member of E-Learning Partners, I myself and staff members will provide the highest quality services to all partnerships with E-Learning Partners Incorporated.
I’m not perfect however, I do strive for perfection. I believe during this Covid-19 pandemic we're all facing various challenging insecurities. However, in providing specified paid training skills to individuals living in under served, at risk communities and aligning our business partners with trained employees “the sky is the limit” for our new journey. Help me to help those less fortunate by showing compassion, let’s give them hope and encouragement to vision their future with positive accomplishments.
